Finally bought my earphones:
Got ‘em from Bluetin online shop (as I couldn’t find them in any Singapore stores anymore) for 69 SGD.
What’s more, its linked to the great PS2 game “Shin Megami Tensei – Persona 3″:-
“The headphones the protagonist wears throughout the game, available in a special edition release of Persona 3 FES in Japan, are the Aluminum Ear-Fit Headphones ATH-EM700 (ATH-EM7GM in US) SV (Silver) Edition by Audio-Technica.”
Mine is unfortunately the more budget one which is not the actual special edition one but the one of the same model (the actual model is far too limited in sets and far too pricey).
The silver color looks alot better than the gunmetal for me, but I like white, so its probably my preference. The sound at medium volume for the Creative Zen Stone Plus is good and the sounds heard clearly with sort of an surround sound effect. But it works well with my IBM Thinkpad T43 notebook to produce rich bombast music and sounds so 3 cheers for it!
I would say, the Clip-on is clings on well to fit your ears though it can be quite loose if you do vigorous exercises. It comes with a nice pouch for you to keep your earphones and the cables, so you ensure your earphones are always properly taken care of.
The only disappointing part is that, the earphones are not as big as I thought they would be, and for those who dislike megaman series because your ears will look like the metal ear projections from a 3rd person point of view.
